I wish to wish you a very happy new year with my own writing and one of the wishes is 飞龙在天 is from the I-Ching 易经 which means the dragon is flying at the Heaven. It is to describe someone who has achieved highest success!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy and prosperous new year. Thank you so much for your support all this while. Also, I would like to apologize to those who I have failed to provide a better service due to my tight schedule. Of course, I m not a perfect man and there are times that I do mistakes. Please forgive me.

Year of rabbit is a very special year for me. This is a year that I have many opportunities to meet up with many great people either in Malaysia or overseas. I appreciated my encounters with all of them who I considered as people that I have the fate to meet up. I have met up with people from all walks of life and different races. Nevertheless, it never failed to give me pleasant surprises from time to time. I have meet up with some important people in the government, rich people, someone that bought the house that Mahathir once stayed, someone related to the Sultan of Brunei, nice doctors, handicapped, poor and many more. However, due to my professionalism, I would like to ask for your forgiveness as I cannot follow the will of some individuals and perform some actions that are not in-line with my principles.

Even though this year I have managed to do many accurate predictions but there are time that I failed to read things accurately too. Of course, as an ordinary man, I do make mistakes. Thus, I always tell those who come and see me not to set very high expectation on me. I would always tell them that I will try my best but I m not God. I would try to provide my best consultation within my mean. I will apply all my knowledge and experience to help you but I cannot change things overnight.

Very often I receive encouraging email, sms or comment in my blog or Facebook. This is enough to cheer me up for a whole day. Thank you so much for all the encouraging comments from those that I have not even met before.

Again, nothing is perfect and I did encountered some sad moment too. I was really depressed when someone told me that her handicapped friend was cheated and molested by a so-called feng shui master and eventually committed suicide …sigh! I know that I cannot do anything to stop thing like that from happening but life must go on. Do not lose your hope, focus and direction when you encounter problem. Think positively and the positive energy will somehow lead you to find the way and your noblemen. Hence, I would encourage you to learn about the valuable ancient knowledge such as I-Ching, flying stars feng shui theory, bazi 4 pillars reading and astrology in a rational and scientific way. Learn what our ancestors said and you will find the right path toward your life. Remember, never be a superstitious guy and lose your focus and direction.

Pardon me for not be able to produce my bazi reading book in 2011, but I m sure it is going to be my first priority in the year of dragon. Even though it is not an easy job but with the help of Kean Seng and Aaron, we will make it happen in 2012.

There are many people that I wish to thank and I do not think I can list them all out. Once again, wishing you a prosperous and happy New Year and Buddha bless you. Remember this, say good, positive and encouraging words to others everyday and it will bring positive energy or qi to you.

对我来说, 兔年是很特别的年。这是一年，我有很多机会接触到许多在马来西亚或海外的优秀的人. 我都很感谢有机会与你们结个善缘, 阿彌陀佛, 感恩感恩。每次与来自各阶层和不同种族的友人相遇都会给我不同的惊喜。有些是重要的政府高官，有钱的，購买前首相住过房子的，与汶莱苏丹有关连的、心地善良的好医生, 更有些可怜的, 残疾的和更多更多。但是，请原谅我, 基于我的职业道德, 我不能顺着某些人的欲愿而违背我的做人原则。

虽然今年我有做出很多精确的预测, 但我也有无法准确预测的时候。当然，作为一个普通的人，我确实会犯错。因此，我总是告诉那些人过来找我的友人不要对我设置了很高的期望。我总是会告诉他们我会尽力但我不是神。我会设法提供我最好的帮助,将我所有的知识和经验来帮助你，但是我无法在一夜之间做出完全的改变。

同样，没有什么是完美的，我也遇到一些悲伤的时刻。我当时真的郁闷因为有人告诉我她的残疾朋友被一些所谓的风水师骗了，调戏了, 非礼了，而这位残疾朋友最终却自杀了 …可悲！我知道我不能做任何事来阻止这样事情的发生，但生命必须继续下去。当我们遇到问题时请不要丢失希望、重点和方向。积极去面对, 正面的能量将以某种方式来引导你找到方向和你的贵人。因此，我鼓励大家多以理性和科学的方式去了解易经、九宫飞星风水学、四柱八字算命等宝贵的古代知识。了解我们的祖先所说的话，你将在你的生活中找到正确的道路. 请记住，永远不要迷信和失去你人生的重点和方向。

The Feng Shui of Resort World Casino, Singapore (part 2)

As what I have promised earlier, here goes the other part of my findings about the Resort World Casino in Singapore.

The Space Elephant (Please refer to my earlier post on 28 Nov 2011)

Water is money and gaming or gambling industry is an industry of water element as per I have mentioned earlier. You will notice that at the entrance to the casino where the Space Elephant stands, there is a landscape of beautiful water flow and the water of the water flow is flowing towards the entrance. Thus, money is flowing into the Resort World Casino. The Space Elephant is helping to 'suck' the water.

The waving shape of the Resort World's logo is a symbol of water irregular shape and you can find an alphabet 'M' which stands for MONEY! It is an Excellent feng shui design for a logo!

Do you notice the shape of knife on top of the escalators that lead you to the main entrance of the casino? They 'chop' you before you enter into the casino.

The blades look like knives as well.

However, you will feel the loneliness too. For those married couple, your spouse may always not at home. For those who are still single, it is unlikely for you to find your lover this year.

When you step into the year of dragon, your luck may not be very promising. It is advisable for you to go to the temple or church in the beginning of spring to pray for good fortune and it is helpful to dispel the disturbance of the fearful star. There might be some changes in your life this year. You should stay conservative and do not make unnecessary changes if possible. Apply feng shui and practice good deeds to enhance your luck.

Addition to that, there is ‘Jian Feng’ and a fearful star of ‘Fu Shi’; they will affect the concentration of students in their studies. House Shifting and Earth Breaking Ceremonies after 4 Feb 2012立春

4 Feb 2012 6.20pm立春 li chun is the actual day and time for us to enter into the year of dragon, not the 1st day of Chinese New Year 23 Jan 2012 正月初一. Thus, the baby who is born before 4 Feb 2012 6.20pm is a rabbit not a dragon.

If you are going to shift to your new house, you have to select auspicious dates & time according to the bazi (time of birth) of the family members and facing of the house for two very important dates i.e. Earth Breaking Date and House Shifting Date. After the date has been determined, a simple ceremony can be carried out. It is vital to conduct the ceremony to show our respect to the Earth and the surrounding.

Earth Breaking Date

1. Firstly, prepare 4 sets of fruits (apple, Mandarin orange, banana and pear), some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea.

2. Put the things at 4 different locations i.e. North West, South East, North East and South West of your house. Hence, there should be 4 sets of fruits, some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea at 4 different locations respectively.

3. For those who use joss stick, pray and put them onto the fruits until they have completed burning. For those who do not use joss stick, just pray at the sectors. Say your wishes when you pray.

4. The schedule of praying is from North West; follow by South East, then North East and lastly the South West.

5. Break a small piece of the wall.
However, after 4 Feb 2012, you should avoid breaking the wall at the below locations:-
1. South East sectors of your house – 5 yellow 五黃位.
2. South sectors of your house – 3 killings 三煞位
3. 112.5 – 127.5 degree of your house (in sector of the South East) – Grand Duke 太岁位
4. 292.5 – 307.5 degree of your house (in sector of the North West) – Year breaker岁破位

In short, you should not ‘touch’ the South East, South and North West prior ‘touching’ other places. This is to show that we ‘respect them’. After breaking the small piece at the correct place, you can proceed to renovate any other places. For the year of dragon, you can break the small piece of wall at the East, North East, West, and South West. In another word, you can ONLY start the renovation after the ceremony.

8. It is crucial to maintain a peaceful mind when the ceremony is being carried out. No argument should be taken place during the ceremony. Pray with a sincere and pure heart.

Shifting Ceremony

1. Firstly, prepare 4 sets of fruits (apple, Mandarin orange, banana and pear), some sweets and 3 cups of Chinese tea.

3. For those who use joss stick, pray and put them onto the fruits until they have completed burning. For those who do not use joss stick, just pray at the sectors. Say your wishes when you pray.

5. After the prayers, you should place 柴米油鹽酱醋茶 cooking material such as rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea leaves into the kitchen. Subsequently, boil a kettle of water or cook something to symbolize that you have started to occupy the kitchen and the house.

6. Activate the qi of the house by switching on all the lights and fans.

7. It is superb if you can hold a house-warming party to gain more qi of the human when there are lots of laughter and children praying around the house.

8. It is crucial to maintain a peaceful mind when the ceremony is being carried out. No argument should be taken place during the ceremony. Pray with a sincere and pure heart.

Having the fearful star of ‘Xue Ren’ to appear in life palace, it is a star that illustrates one will suffer unexpected personal financial losses star and disasters as well. You have to make any investment with careful consideration. On top of that, please take extra care of your health and your safety. Do drive carefully and ensure that you do regular exercises and consume healthy food.

For Horses, there is a ‘Sang Men’ which mean the old person will fall ill. ‘Di Sang’ indicates that those elderly horses should control the diet and food that they consume, and also they have to care good take of their safety in order to avoid any accident. Young horses will have to take care of the body condition of old person at home. If there is any health problem arises, immediate medical attention need to take place.

There is a ‘Tai Yin Xing‘ appears for the goat. This is an auspicious star which mean that you will have good help especially from the female.

Prediction for the year of dragon 2012 (part 4)

Star no 6 武曲 will enter to the center of the flying star chart this year. The star that is in-charge in the year of dragon is star no 6. 武曲. Star no 6, 武曲 means 武官army, 偏财 indirect wealth. Thus, this is a year that the army will control and this is good time for the gaming industry. Watch out for situation in Thailand and North Korea. Also, when the economy is bad, people tend to put their hope in gaming.

Also, comparatively, 2011 is a year for lady leaders but 2012 is a year for elderly male leaders as 6 is乾 qian master. However, because the current period is period 8, 6 is not a very favorable star 失令星 compared to stars 8, 9 and 1. Thus, there will be more money scandals which might involve the leaders. Some might have to step down due to money scandals as star no 6, 武曲 means偏财 indirect wealth.

We can notice star no 3, the argument star, enters into the Kun palace at the South West. The Kun palace is a place for lady master, mother and elderly ladies. Thus, there will be more arguments, bad-mouthing and back stabbings which involve lady leaders and elderly ladies.

Star no 8, the wealth star, is at the West. It helps the economy of the United States and Klang Valley in West Malaysia. The economy of the world is 先苦后甘, 宜退守 i.e. suffer first and enjoy later. We have to act conservatively and cannot be overly aggressive 步步为营. The United States needs the support from the noblemen or mentors 美国要贵人扶持. The weak economy needs some time to become better and it cannot turn well in just over night疲弱经济会躭延一段时间. I feel that The United States is more ready compared to the economy crisis that they faced in 2008 and 2009. They are more prepared to face the challenges this round compared to other countries in Europe as star no 8 is there.

Star no 9, the happiness star, is at the North East and hence China should be OK. But, since star no 9 is a star of fire, thus there might be drought and flood disasters in China.

Star no 1, a water star is at the South and hence I predict that there will be water related problem in Australia.

The property industry will also go down a bit in 2012. As the bazi of the li chun is strong plant, the strong plant will clash the property industry which is earth element. The stock market should be better in the months that have more gold elements i.e. August and September.

The favorable directions or areas in the year of dragon are South, West and North East. The industries that are expected to perform well are the water and plant-related industries. Water industry refers to those who are involved in the areas of sales, marketing, trading, transportation, tourism, gambling etc. The plant industry involves those who are in the fields of education, medicine, fashion, plantation etc. From the stock market investment point of view, you can consider buying stocks that are involved in these industries.

As I said before, 2012 is a year of strong water dragon. As, the water stem clashes the earth root, we can expect to see more undesired disasters and diseases compared to the year of rabbit in 2011. This is particularly applicable to the South East area where the most inauspicious star 5 is there, especially in the month of October.

Let’s use the first day of the year which is the li chun 立春 and the annual flying chart 九宫飞星to determine what we are going to expect for the year of dragon. As we use the birth time of a person to read the bazi fortune of that person, thus we should use the birthday of the year i.e. the li chun of the year to determine what is going to be expected for the year of dragon.

The li chun falls on 4 Feb 2012 1820. I have to remind you that ONLY those babies who are born on and after this time are considered dragon babies. The bazi four pillars 四柱of the li chun is with the day master 日元of yi plant 乙木. The bazi four pillars 四柱 are 壬辰年, yang water dragon year, 壬寅月 yang water tiger month, 乙未日 yi plant goat day and 乙酉时 yi plant rooster time. It is a time that is full of plants.

Basically, Bazi is similar to Einstein's theory of relativity, the balance point. If your day master is plant and you find that there are too many plant elements in the 4 pillars, then do not use that element anymore. Instead, when you find that there are too few plants, then use it.

In the case of the li chun 立春for the year of dragon, it requires gold / metal elements to trim and beautify the plants. Therefore, the world economy requires the support of gold-related industries such as banking and finance, gold trading etc. 金融市场主導经济.

As a matter of fact, it is fortunate that there are direct resources penetrating through or appearing clearly as the year and months unfold 印星透出. The direct resources 印星 are the love of mothers, mentors or elderly persons. Hence, even though the world is facing critical problems financially, all the governments will not let their economies go down just like that. They will all come out with strategies and policies to minimize the problems that we shall face. In another word, the world needs assistance from the 大哥 HEAD i.e. assistance from the governments. In fact, the head of the world today is China.

However, at the same time, you will notice that there is no direct officer 正官 in the bazi four pillars 四柱of the li chun 立春. Direct officer 正官 in bazi refers to officer, government, and leader. It is also a tough year for governments to win the support from their people. The trust, support and confidence of the people towards their governments are generally low. Hence, we will expect to see some demonstrations against the governments. As many have said that this is a year of 'election' whereby there are going to have 59 countries in the world that are going to hold their general elections on 2012, I would predict there will be more ruling governments that are going to lose their power in the election or the number of seats that they will win may be decreased due to the mentioned fact.

Also, the presence of star no 7, the broken army, 破军 means war, robbing, serious argument will be at the 乾宫 qian master palace. The 乾宫 qian master palace is the palace for father, King, Head, President or Prime Minister. Therefore, it is not an easy year for male leaders and CEO of the companies.

The Taiwan Presidential Residence in Taipei is sitting with the Tamsui River at its back and it is against the theory of ‘back black turtle’ with the water at the opposite direction. Also, it faces the East. It means no patron. It is facing away from the Main Land of China and fronting the United States instead. It causes inability to separate from China but looking for support from the West.

The Taiwan Presidential Residence in Taipei was completed in 1919 by the Japanese when Japan ruled Taiwan. It was the official residence for the Japanese Governor House. The architectural of the building is according to the idea of the Japanese. It faces the East. East is the direction where the Sun rises. Look at the flag of the Japan and you will know why.

On top of that, the Taiwan Presidential Residence in Taipei is located facing a main road and there is another road exactly at the back of the building too. Furthermore, the Tamsui River at the back which form the bend bow against the president residence. It is like an arrow is at the back of the building. It is a very bad feng shui arrangement. I have received a number of emails to ask me what need to be done for the Chinese New Year which is just less than 2 months from now?

The below list are what you need to do for the year of dragon 2012 on the "li chun" 4 Feb 2012 6.20pm. Clean your house and yourself of course before you do it. Please switch on all the fans and lights to activate the qi when you do it. Don't forget to pray to the Heaven before you do it.

Annual Flying Star 1 (White) at the South. It is good for studies, wealth and career. Spend more time there. Place a Water Feature there. Since "Three Killings" 三煞 (不是三碧) is also there, please place 3 'qi lin' there too.

Annual Star 2 (Black) at the North. This sector will cause illness, loss of wealth and this is where the unwanted spirits like to gather. Place a set of 'fortune water'.

Annual Star 3 Jade 三碧 (plant) at the South West. It will cause constant arguments and in extreme cases, it may lead to legal lawsuits. Place a Red Carpet at the South West.

Annual Star 4 Green (plant) at the East. Best place for studying and thinking, particularly if you need to make important decisions. This is the place to enhance the study luck of your children. Get them to study in this sector to get good results in their examinations. There may be potential romantic encounters and better relationship for couples if you utilize this sector. Place an oriental studying tool 文房四宝 with 4 calligraphy brushes or a pagoda 文昌塔.

Annual Star 5 Yellow at the South East. The worst place and the most dangerous sector. No renovations in this area. Beware of accidents and obstacles. Place a set of 'fortune water'.

The Feng Shui of Resort World Casino, Singapore (part 1)

It was indeed a fruitful trip to Singapore whereby I have managed to meet up with some of my ex-university classmates, Chung Ling High School mates, conducted a few feng shui audits and met many great people there.

I have managed to spend sometimes to analyze the feng shui of the Resort World Casino and would like to share with you some of my findings.

Firstly, we understand that in feng shui, water is money and if you look at the 'space elephant' which is placed right in front of the entrance of the casino, the ears are big but the legs are long and thin. It is because if you refer to my book http://www.penangfengshui.com/index.php?pages=book_enjoyyourlife_ebook page 22, the table of the Later Heaven Bagua (It is a very crucial table), we relate our human organs to the 5 elements:-
1. Water element - ears, kidney, bladder.....as these are the organs that contain water.
2. Plant element - leg, hand, liver.....
3. Earth element - stomach....AND ETC
This is because we relate the natural phenomenon as human being 天人合一
Obviously, the Resort World Casino would like to have lots of money (water), thus, ears of the "Space Elephant" are big while the legs are thin and the stomach is relatively small. It is due to the facts that leg is plant element and stomach is earth element. Plant will reduce the energy of the water 洩 and earth clashes the water 克.
Instead, there is a triangle metal plate on top of the elephant. It is because triangle is the shape of the fire element as the shape of the fire is triangle. Please check the shape of the fire when you burn some thing. It is triangle, right? 我克者为财 It is wealth. Whereas, metal (gold) element grows water.

Also, when I measured the direction of the elephant, it faces 212 degree which is the 风水井 wind water well (feng shui well), hence the elephant is getting water from the well!

Not a good time for Japan and Middle East again

I have read the recent news about the geology experts warned about the possibility of Japan to be hit by another round of earthquake in the next one month http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.html, it worried me and hence I wish to publish this finding before I rush to the airport for my feng shui trip to Singapore.

It is in-line with the monthly flying star chart whereby the monthly flying star and the annual flying star are in fact duplicating. It means there are two most inauspicious star, 5 yellow at the same place. It is at the East and Japan is the country at the actual east of the world.

As what I have predicted prior the occurrence of the most serious tsunami in Japan in March, the same thing we will see again from 25 Nov 2011.

Also, please look at what is happening in Egypt. Thousands of Egyptians demanding the end of military rule remained camped on Cairo’s Tahrir Square on Wednesday despite the army chief's promise to step up the transition to civilian rule. Sporadic outbreaks of violence were reported. As what I have predicted prior the occurrence of the riots in the middle East in this year, the same thing we noticed again because there are 2 argument star 7 in the middle of the flying star chart.

《易》字是由日和月形成, 象徵阴阳. 整六千年前的伏羲氏, 当时人类并没有文字, 他们已知道世界上所有的东西都是由阴阳组成的, 后来科学家发现这世上的东西都有阴阳之分,由最小的原子里的质子proton and 负离子electron到最大的宇宙太阳系里的太阳和星球, 都有阴阳之分.

In I-Ching, the odd numbers are regarded as Yang, even numbers as yin. I always wonder whether is the Malaysian Government apply I-Ching too as the last number of the identity card number of the Malaysian is odd for man, while even number is for a woman.

As the matter of fact, our fingers have told us the secret of the universal long ago. Look at your fingers. There is only one mother thumb and 1 is yang but in the thumb there 2 joints and 2 is ying. It means there is yin inside the yang and it is the “balancing”.

Whereas, the rest 4 fingers are yin but all have 3 joints in them. You can find yang inside the yin and again it is balancing.

All things in the world are made up of Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang must complement each other. A person neither can be too stubborn (yang), nor too soft (yin). In Feng Shui, a place where the hot Sun is always shining at is unfavourable and it causes too much of yang energy. If you live in a very hot place, you feel uncomfortable. Vice versa, if you live in a very cold place, you will feel uncomfortable as well. The most suitable place for human living to live is a place neither too hot nor too cold, and that is compatible with Yin and Yang. Feng Shui is in fact subject about the environmental science. Tai Chi masters are those who know how that goes, because Tai Chi is in compliance softness with rigid. Tai Chi is also originated from the theory of I-Ching. I-Ching is not just a book of divination, it covers quite a lot. It tells us an important and simple truth, that is, Yin and Yang must complement each other. If there are only men in the world, without women, how can we have the reproduction?

The word I 易in I-Ching is formed from the Chinese words yin and Yang日 Sun and 月 Moon. 6,000 years ago Fuxi knew everything in the world is formed by the positive and negative energy. Later scientists discovered that the distinction between yin and yang, everything in the world, by the smallest of the proton and electron in Atom to the largest in the solar system the Sun and the planets of the universe, are all made up of the yin and Yang.

It is not a good year for dog as, the fearful stars such as ‘Sui Po’ and‘Lan Gan’ are bad stars. The Star of ‘Sui Po’ is a not peaceful star. It represents the hardships in company. It is advisable for you to go to the temple or church in the beginning of spring before ‘li chun’4/2/2012 to pray for good fortune and it is helpful to dispel the disturbance of the fearful star.

There might be some changes in your life this year. You should stay conservative and do not make unnecessary changes if possible. Apply feng shui and practise good deeds to enhance your luck.

CHAPTER 2: WHAT IS FENG SHUI?

古人说: 一命二运三风水四积德五读书. 要积德就能改命运。

First, we need to know what our ancestors said Feng Shui in order to have an understanding of what it is all about. Why is Feng Shui still relevant and important in today's modern world? Is it magic? Can it perform miracles?

According to our ancestors, a man's life is determined by 5 factors. The 5 factors according to importance are: destiny, luck, feng shui, good-will and education.

1. Destiny is the most crucial of all factors. Some are born disabled or sickly. Some are very good-looking, smart and healthy. There is nothing much you can do about this. This has already been determined by your destiny.

2. Luck changes from time to time. In a person’s Bazi or destiny code, there will be a major change every decade particularly. A rich businessman may go bankrupt while a poor boy may become a rich man.

People tend to put destiny and luck together and define them as fate because they are interrelated. As a matter of fact, having better luck is preferred to having a good destiny.

Bazi (八字) is known as the "Four Pillars of Destiny" because it is formed by four items: the time, day, month and year in which a person is born. Using Bazi, one can study their destiny and luck.
It is more complicated to learn but in order to be a professional Feng Shui master, you have to be a master in Bazi.

3. Feng Shui, in addition to the scientific study of environmental between living things and non-living things; takes into account an additional component, the flow of magnetic energy or 'qi'. This is due to the fact that our Earth never stops revolving and when it revolves, the magnetic forces always changes. Furthermore, the 'qi' will also be affected by gravitational forces of other planets, the Sun and the Moon as well. Thus, there will never be a place that will enjoy auspicious good luck forever. Otherwise, China would still be ruled by the Ching Dynasty today as the emperor could have engaged the best Feng Shui masters during that time to ensure continuous good luck of their palace. Nevertheless, Feng Shui continues to remain popular today even though it has come into existence and has been developed over the period of 4,000 years. Today, there is evidence of huge databases that support its existence. This is a great treasure and wisdom from our ancestors.

4. Good-will, do good and perform good deeds to make your life better. In Buddhism, it is called cause and effect or 'karma', the preordained fate that is generated by a person's actions. Someone can also enhance their luck by having a strong willingness to help others. Your luck will become better eventually when one performs more charity. In short, we have to do something good and say something nice everyday.

5. Education can turn you into a better person. In ancient China, poor scholars had to study very hard in order to pass the examination, so that they can be ministers to the emperor. Education remains an extremely important aspect today and can be a ticket out of poverty for someone who excels in his studies and becomes a professional. He can also enjoy a luxurious life and be able to solve problems which he encounters. There is vast knowledge out there and we have to continually upgrade ourselves to learn new things everyday as knowledge is not static.

In conclusion, if you do not have good destiny and luck, you can still enhance your luck or change it with the help of Feng Shui, good will or through education. However, if you have bad Feng Shui, it will ruin your life further instead of helping you out. Thus, it is important for us to have this basic knowledge to ensure a happy and successful life.

台灣师范大学易经专家曾仕強教授说孔子也算过命. 在<论语>里, 子曰：“吾十有五而志于学，三十而立，四十而不惑，五十而知天命，六十而耳顺，七十而从心所欲，不逾矩。”
孔子说：“我十五岁有志于学问；30岁就可以独立处事了；40岁便遇事不迷惑；50岁就已经认识到了自己这一生的道路；60岁，一听别人言论便可以分辨真假，判明是非；听得进不同的意见, 到了70岁便随心所欲，做任何事都不越出规矩, 但是待人接物自然而然地就符合道德礼教了。”

The master of I-Ching, Professor of the Taiwan University 师范大学 Professor 曾仕強said Confucius has read his own fortune too. Confucius said:" When I was 15 years old I was interested in learning; age 30 independent; the age of 40 not confused; 50 years, and he has realized his life course; 60, listening to others ' remarks will be able to distinguish truth from falsehood, distinguish between right and wrong, and to the age of 70 will get his own way, doing thing that does not go beyond the rules, interpersonal skills naturally consistent with morality.

Frankly speaking, it was a very wonderful trip for me that I did not expect it to be. Prediction for the year of dragon 2012 (part 2)

I have just posted that 2012 is a year of yang water dragon and therefore there will be heavy water; we can notice the signal prior to it whereby the recent two months of typhoons and heavy monsoon rain have flooded Southeast Asia, killing nearly 500 people and forcing thousands - including prison inmates and hospital patients - to flee.

“Meteorologists have indicated that flooding in some of these countries is the worst in 50 years,” the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) said Wednesday, referring to devastation in Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos and Vietnam.

To minimize the impact of the worst flying star 5 yellow, please place what we call the ‘Fortune Water’ as the figure shown below. As the 5 yellow is earth element, place that ‘Fortune Water’ which formed by the old ancient brown coins is crucial. The 5 yellow earth star will use its energy to grow gold (the old ancient brown coins + 1 silver coin) and hence it reduces its energy. To simplify it so that it is easier for you to understand, earth produces gold, thus earth is mother and gold is son. Mother will definitely take care of the son and will not harm it, right? In this case, the mother is the 5 yellow earth star and the son is the gold (the old ancient brown coins + 1 silver coin). Place the 'Fortune Water' at the South East of your house. It is particularly important if your main door, bedroom or kitchen are located at the South East of your house.

Prediction for the year of dragon 2012 (part 1)

As per what I predicted earlier this year, I still strongly believe that the next general election for Malaysia is on the year of rabbit before 立春 li chun 4/2/2012. From the i-ching gua that I get was 火风鼎 "fire wind ding" which means there is wind to make fire stronger for cooking. 鼎 ding is the large food container in the olden day 木生火, 有烹饪之象. In order to hold a memorial ceremony for ancestors, the eldest son is the responsible person and in this case, the eldest son is our Prime Minister, Dato Sri Najib to make the call for the general election. 鼎 ding is used during the ceremony.

The "li chun" for the year of dragon is 4/2/12 1840. If you study the four pillars of the "li chun" time of 4/2/12 1900, you will notice, the year stem and the month stem are all 壬 Ren yang water which crush the time stem which is a 丙 bing yang fire. Imaging what will happen for the year of dragon when the strong water is crushing the strong fire?? Furthermore, the year of dragon is 壬辰 which is strong water dragon. The dragon that bring a lot of water. Thus, I predict a Tsunami and it is going to likely to happen at the South East of the World which the most dangerous flying star, 5 yellow, coupled with the grand duke 太岁 are all there. Hence, South East Asia, please do whatever possible to reduce the impacts.

After suffering from the worst ever tsunami and earthquake, 2012 is a better year for Japan.

The word I 易in I-Ching means “Changes” is in fact in line with the Buddhism belief <无常> impermanence; transiency.

很多学问是原自于<易经>, 包括了风水学. 《易經》是中國最古老的文獻之一，並被儒家尊為「五經」之首. 有人認為《易經》流行於周朝故稱《周易》，亦有人依據《史记》的記載「文王拘而演周易」，認同《易經》乃周文王所著。其实《易經》原自于整六千年前的伏羲氏, 当时人类并没有文字, 他们靠的是符号. 《易經》里的阳爻__和阴爻- -就是那样来的. 因此有人稱《易經》为无字天书, 因为开始时它只有符号.

儒家奉《周易》、《尚書》、《詩經》、《禮記》、《春秋》為《五經》。《易經》的内容在春秋戰國時便已不易读懂，因此春秋戰國時代孔子撰写了《十翼》, 他为《易經》增加了十个翅膀, 他要把它给飞起来. 孔子深受《易經》的影响, 他的中心思想为<仁>, <仁>字来自《易經》里的阳爻__和阴爻--, 如果把阳爻__和阴爻- -倒过来写那就是<仁>字. 这是因为<仁>是必须阴阳配合, 一个人不可以太阳太刚烈, 或太阴太柔弱. 其实其原理与爱因斯坦的相对论相似, 都讲就平衡点, 不可以太多也不可以太少. 我常说<水能载舟, 也能覆舟>, 我们需要水来载舟, 但太多水也能覆舟.每件东西都要它的平衡点. 因此中华文化也深受《易經》的影响. 其实今天我们所用的文字好多原自于《易經》. 而《易經》不是仅仅是本占卜的书, 它包罗万象.

易由蜥蜴而得名, 而蜥蜴能夠变色，俗稱「变色龍」，指天下萬物是常变的, 和佛学里的<无常>是同样的道理. 我们今天讲的<易名>就是改变名字, <交易>就是变换东西,那就是<变>. 我常说地球无时无刻都在转, 没有停下來的一刻, 所以风水轮流转. 曾几何时, 欧洲, 大英帝国统治天下, 俄罗斯和美国同起同坐, 美国更曾经不可一世, 但现在呢?

《易》字是由日和月形成, 象徵阴阳. 整六千年前的伏羲氏, 当时人类并没有文字, 他们已知道世界上所有的东西都是由阴阳组成的, 后来科学家发现这世上的东西都有阴阳之分,由最小的原子里的质子proton and 负离子electron到最大的宇宙太阳系里的太阳和星球, 都有阴阳之分. 人类就是因为有阴阳之分才能传宗接代,不是吗?

在《易經》里单数为阳, 双数为阴. 有人告诉我马来西亚人民身分证号码的最后一个号码如果是单数那这个人是男性, 而马来西亚人民身分证号码的最后一个号码如果是双数那这个人是女性. 原来马来西亚政府也会用《易經》?哈!

I-CHING 易经; Philosophy of changes. I-Ching is one the most ancient philosophies of China and it is the core of the “five ching"「五經」. It is ranged the first among the "five ching". The “five ching” are similar to subjects that a student have to take for an A level examination today. Thus, I-Ching is one of the important subjects that all the students have to be well verse. I-Ching is the core of various knowledge, including the knowledge of feng shui. As the matter of fact, I-Ching has existed approximate six thousand years ago by Fuxi when humans during that time did not know how to write or read and hence there was no text, they are only symbols. Some call it “a book from heaven without words” because there was no word.

I- Ching is a very important philosophy in Confucianism. Confucian has written a book about I-Ching and he called the book, “Ten wings” 《十翼》. He wanted to add ten wings to I-Ching to make it fly high. Confucian had been influenced very much by I-Ching. The core belief of Confucian is <仁>, <仁> means (仁爱) benevolence; love; kindheartedness; humanity. The word <仁> is from the Yang line in the Eight Diagrams __ and Yin line in the Eight Diagrams--. If you write the Yang line in the Eight Diagrams __ and Yin line in the Eight Diagrams--upside down, you will get the word <仁>. This is because <仁> is balancing of yin and yang. One cannot be too yang (too aggressive) or too yin (too soft). I always said that everything is about balancing. Therefore the Chinese culture also deeply under of influence of I-Ching. Actually many Chinese characters or words are from I-Ching. I-Ching is not solely for fortune telling purposes. It covers many aspects.

The word I 易in I-Ching is the Chinese word of lizard or chameleon and it means “Changes” as chameleon always change its color. It is in fact in line with the Buddhism belief <无常> impermanence; transiency. Today we know <易名> is change name, <交易> is trading which is done by exchange of things in the olden days. That is <变> change. I often said that our Earth does not stop revolving; hence things always change including Feng Shui. Once, European, British Empire ruled world, Soviet Union and United States were the leaders of the world, United States was insufferably arrogant, but what now?

The word I 易in I-Ching is form from the Chinese words yin and Yang日 Sun and 月 Moon. 6,000 years ago Fuxi knew everything in the world is form by the positive and negative energy. Later scientists discovered that the distinction between yin and yang, everything in the world, by the smallest of the proton and electron in Atom to the largest in the solar system the Sun and the planets of the universe, are all made up of the yin and Yang. Because of yin (female) and yang (male), there is reproduction in human being.

In I-Ching, the singular numbers are regarded as Yang, even numbers as yin. I was told that the last number of the identity card number of the Malaysian is singular for man, while even number is for a woman. Does Malaysian Government apply I-Ching too? Hahaha….

I took a Rapid Penang to Penang Airport

Two weeks ago, I decided to take a public transport to Penang Airport so that I could fly to Kuala Lumpur for feng shui audits. My friend, Albert Khaw encouraged me to take a Rapid Penang and he taught how to use the Rapid Penang website, i-phone app and hotline. Surprisingly, after using it, I m now kind of addicted to it as it is very convenient. What you have to do is just to visit its website http://www.rapidpg.com.my/ and key in the location that you want to go and it can help to plan your trip. It will provide the information about the schedule of the bus, bus stop, fare and many more. It has reminded me of those old school days when we used to use 'Seng Seng' bus.

I really love it as I m doing at least a bit to save the Earth. We should encourage public transport as it is more environmental friendly and we save our money too at the same time. I only paid RM2.70 for the bus fare. On top of that, most importantly, I can see many things along the way which I cannot see if I travel in my car. I can see the water in Penang on my way to the airport. As what I always stress that water is important factor in feng shui study and water is money. But, I could noticed that the water in Penang is still far away from what we can define as 'CLEAN'. Hence, more works need to be done to clean up our rivers.

Now, let us talk about why in feng shui, we always say that "water is money" in a logically manner.

Many thousands years ago, men hunted for living in the forest. Then, men started to do farming and fishing, thus they started to depend heavily on water. After that, they started to learn doing trading and where is the best place to do trading, it is near the water i.e. at the river bank and near the seaside. Men migrated from the forest to flat land and then to the river bank. You will notice that many popular cities are all built next to water such as New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and many more.

Do you know why Africa is the poorest continent among all other continents? It is because comparatively Africa does not have a lot of water compare to the rest. It is in quite a dried land.

My Next Book about Bazi Reading in Chinese

Just like to share with you the progress of my next coming book which is a book about bazi fortune reading in Chinese. I said before it is hard for me to write a bazi reading book in English as I m concerned about the accuracy for me to explain the theories because there are many complicated terms involved.

I have used about a year to prepare this book and I have written 28,000 words as of today but I still feel that there are lots more for me to write a comprehensive book. Even though, I have foreseen it is not an easy job for me due to my hectic schedule but I m still persistent about my dream. Also, it is my belief that if I write something but it is too complicated for the readers to understand, then I better don't write it. The principle for me to write a book is "make it easy and clear!" I guess those have read my books will agree to what I have just said. Hence, I feel that it is a big challenge for me to make the complicated bazi theory a simple and easy to understand book. But, I will take the challenge.

I plan to name the book, "How to DIY Bazi Fortune Reading Scientifically?" "如何很科学的DIY八字算命?"

Below are some notes about my book:-

1. 什么是八字?
八字又稱为四柱, 是根据一个人的出生的年, 月, 日和时辰来计算. 它可告诉我们许许多多的东西. 我们可以用它来推算一个人的命运. 它是我们祖先留传给我们的宝贵财富, 我爱把它稱为我们祖先留传给我们的宝贵知识宝库. 我常鼓励大家以理性的方式研究八字和风水因为这门学问并非迷信, 它是我们祖先的偉大智慧和宝库.

八字的起源是几千年前黃帝时代的伏羲氏所创的最先计算日子的方法, 稱为天干 stem与地支 root.(甲历)

因为地球不断的在旋转, 不同的时间有不同的能量磁场. 当一个人出生时, 当时的能量磁场便会被他所吸收, 而不同时刻的能量磁场将对此人产生排斥或吸引的影响. 以此原理来计算就可以推算一个人的命运. 如果当时的能量磁场是排斥, 那就对此人不利或他将行衰运, 反之, 如果是当时的能量磁场是吸引, 那就对此人有利或他将行好运. 这个原理与磁铁的原理是同道而行的. 当你掌握了自已的命运, 你将知如何去面对它. 当你行好运时, 你可要”衝”. 反之, 当你行衰运时, 你可要”守”.

其实风水八字的原理与爱因斯坦的相对论相似, 都讲就平衡点, 当发现那方面太多就少用它; 而当发现那方面太少就多用它. 可曾听过<水能载舟, 也能覆舟>, 我们需要水来载舟, 但太多水也能覆舟.每件东西都要它的平衡点.

这本书我就不讲更深奥的从強格, 从儿格等. 我常鼓历大家了解自已的八字, 以了解自已的強处与缺点和性格, 这样才能百战百胜. 不然就会像我一样, 走了整十年寃狂路, 在电子工厂作了整十年的工程师才发觉自已不要火, 而且是忌火.

以下的人必走好运:-
1. 一个要金的人，可常去打高爾夫球因为打高爾夫球为白圆色小球, 白与圆为金, 穿白色衣服到白雪皚皚的雪地去,到西方或西北方(属金）从事金融业. 名字里面有金.
2. 一个要水的人，可常去游水, 穿蓝色衣服，到北方（属水）开设矿泉水工厂。名字里面有水如’河’与’江’. 水是柔物，但内藏雄浑之力，水能弯曲其身，处于何种状态的器皿均能变改其形，是代表适应能力，水代表机灵，欠水的人多习水性，其实是增加这些水的的性格，改进自己的性格盲点。
3. 一个要木的人，可常去公园打羽毛球, 穿青色衣服，到东方或东南方(属木）从事种植业或医药业。名字里面有木.
4. 一个要火的人，可常去BBQ, 掛只骏马图在家里因为骏马火強动物, 穿红色衣服,到南方(属火）从事餐飲业, 电子业或电腦业. 名字里面有日.
5. 一个要土的人，可常去爬山因为山为土, 穿黃色衣服, 戴水晶或玉,到东北方或西南方(属土）从事房地产业. 名字里面有土.

我的顧客中有个要土的人, 他从事房地产业, 结果成了拿督. 更有个顧客要火, 从事电腦业, 结果成了百万富翁.

八字四柱是由天干与地支组成. 要了解天干与地支就要先了解五行, 也就是金水木火土.

五行学说为中国远古的一种物质观,旨在认为大自然是由五种元素所构成,那就是金、木、水、火、土。随着这五种元素的盛衰,除了可影响人的命运,同时也使大自然产生变化,以及影响着宇宙万物的循环秩序。

看似抽象的金、木、水、火、土会如何影响宇宙万物的循环秩序?根据五行学说,宇宙万物由金、木、水、火、土,五种基本物质的运行和变化所构成,而五大元素的运行及变化同时也是让宇宙保持平衡。

然而,现代人类为了维生而预支了地球的资源。换句话说,我们目前居住在一个已经失衡的世界。因此,经过数千年的历史来到了21世纪科技时代的今天,五行学说这古老智能所推崇的核心讯息,还是能够发挥着功效。

在太阳系里我们有金、木、水、火、土星.木星绕太阳公转一週是地球绕太阳公转的十二倍,而土星绕太阳公转一週是地球绕太阳公转的三十倍. 金、木、水、火、土星与地球每隔大约六十年便会同宫, 45度内.

在<甲历>里我们有六十甲子, 意思是说每六十年甲子将出现, 因此我们必须承认先人高深而且宝贵的智慧. 他们在几千年前已经可以很精准地把金、木、水、火、土星与地球每隔大约六十年便会同宫的时间给算出来.

I am one of the Malaysians who really feel sad when Dato Lee Chong Wei lost to Lin Dan in the recent BWF Badminton Championships. However, as a "Penang lang", we are certainly proud of him because he is also from Penang. Many people are in fact like me who could not accept the fact he lost eventually, even though there were several occasions, he actually leading and in a very favorable position. As a matter of fact, I did say my view why Dato Lee always does not have the luck during the top world tournaments but I was criticised for saying it as one of the readers said that we should not discourage our hero from moving forward. The "three killing 三煞’will appear at the West. It will make the journey to recovery of the United States and Europe harder and it may not be smooth either. Hence, don't be too optimistic about the economy of the world in 2011. The United States and Europe are located at the West of the world.

2011 is a year for ladies. If you refer to the annual flying star chart for 2011, the star no 7 is at the middle of the chart, hence it is the star that in control. According to the I-Ching Later Heaven Baqua, the 7 is in the West which is the 兑卦 Dui Qua, is a qua for lady. Thus, the lady is in the centre of the chart in 2011 to control.

One of the restaurants is my client who follow my advices and the owner told me that the business is too good that they are having problem to hire enough waiters to serve the customers!

Watch out for the blades of the Paragon Gurney!

2 weeks ago, I went for a feng shui audit at some where near the new Paragon Gurney Towers and I was told by the owner of the shop that her business has dropped dramatically after the completion of the Paragon Gurney Towers. Apart from that, she is facing many problems with the business. After much checking, I found that the shop has actually hit by the 4 walls of the 2 newly completed Paragon Gurney Towers which look like blade or knife. The blades are actually hit on the other side of the buildings near Kelawei Road. They created inauspicious feng shui to the buildings which face them. For those who face the blades, please watch out!

If you refer to the page 84, I have shown the evident why the Pantai Plaza which was hit the TM Tower in Kuala Lumpur is not doing any good now. The design of the TM Tower is exactly look like a knife.

On top of that, you also can notice that the condominium next to the Paragon Gurney Towers, the L.O.O.C. Residence which has a roof that look like the crown of the China emperor. I love the design of the roof! The condominium is like a King standing there.

A good cheek should be meaty and moderately high. This indicates that the person will be in control of what he or she has in possession and he or she is a very powerful man or woman. One of the examples that I noticed is the King of Thailand who is one of the most powerful man in the world. His cheeks are fleshy and good.

You should look at the cheek of a person if you want to check how powerful the person is, the similarity in between the Sultan of Brunei and the King of Thailand is both of them have fleshy cheeks.

Smooth Face – page 15
Of course, once we get older, the lines and wrinkles will appear. However, old men and old ladies who have smooth skin would have better lives. One of the good examples is the famous top banker in Malaysia. He is nearly 80 years old but there are too many wrinkles on his face. The same can be observed from the face of one of the richest men in Hong Kong.

Even the Sultan is currently 65 year-old but he does not look like 65 and you hardly see any wrinkles on his face.

Eyes – page 49
The eyes are very important as the eyes are the first thing that you look at when you look at a person’s face. The eyes represent the luck of a person from age 35 to 40 years old. Thus, if the eyes are bad, then misfortune will be fallen on that person during that age range. It is crucial to keep our eyes clear and looking energetic and to avoid our eyes from looking weak and sleepy as the eyes play an important role in governing our luck.

The Sultan eyes are energetic and powerful.

Forehead – page 27
A person with a high forehead has good analytical and thinking abilities.

The forehead of the Sultan is high. Hence, if you think you can cheat him, think twice!

Nose – page 61
A rounded nose tip indicates that the person will have good luck in wealth and he or she is able to make money. All the billionaires have meaty nose tip with long nose. On top of that, they have fleshy eye lobes which indicate that the wealth that they have gathered can be enjoyed until they reach their old age. Bear in mind that the fleshy earlobes also indicate that there is always help available. However, this must also be accompanied by the fleshy cheeks.

Do you like to stay in a country whereby you do not to pay any personal income tax, do not have to purchase any insurance package and do not have to worry about your kids' education as the government is taking care of that? Furthermore, you do not pay for any toll to use the well-build highways and the petroleum RON97 is always maintained at Brunei Dollar 0.53 per litre (if I can remember correctly?)

That are not all, if you do not have a house, the government will build a semi-detached house that only cost you Brunei Dollar 50000, even though it costs the government 100K to build it! Can you image that the government will cover your medical expenses all the way to other country if there is no suitable doctor to treat you in Brunei? They will pay for all the expenses inclusive of the medical care, flight, transport and the hotel for a family member who will take of you when you are overseas for treatment. YES, Brunei Government is doing it!

Other than no alcoholic drinks can be found in the country, I think the rest are perfect. There is no traffic jam and you basically do not have to pay for any parking ticket. People are nice and the driving attitude of the drivers there are very tolerance. Believe me, you cannot hear the sound of the vehicle horn in Brunei.

General Haji Sir Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah GCB GCMG (born 15 July 1946) is the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the 29th Sultan of Brunei and the first Prime Minister of Brunei Darussalam. From His Majesty's date of birth, his bazi day master is Geng Yang Gold and he should require gold elements. Hence, His Majesty loves gold and he uses gold every where. From the Google Earth, his palace should face the North West which is the direction of gold element. Being one of the most powerful and richest men in the world, all these enhance his destiny. I shall publish an article about his wonderful face figures in my next posting. Can you find the similarity in between His Majesty's face and the face of the King of Thailand? The river at the side of the palace forms 玉带环抱 ‘yu dai huan bao’, a jade belt around your waist which I said many times in my blog and books that it is very auspicious to have it and we do see the same thing for the Grand Palace of Thailand and Forbidden City, Beijing, China too, don't we? (Please refer to the picture above.)

I said in my book http://www.penangfengshui.com/index.php?pages=book_enjoyyourlife_ebook page 173 that Prior to the construction of The Forbidden City, there was no water and hill in the palace until The Emperor 明永乐皇帝 decided to create them. His Majesty ordered his men to create a hill at the back of the palace in the North, called 万岁山（后改名为景山）. The Emperor was trying to create good support which the palace is sitting with a solid back to form the support and we see that too for the case of the Sultan's palace. There is a hill at the back of the palace. (Please refer to the picture above)

Case Study: The Hills in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley

Look at the range of hills 峦头 surrounding Klang Valley. The hills capture the ‘qi’, 山管人丁 and the hills govern the people. This is an excellent place with excellent people.

Also, the hills here form a ‘jade belt’ just like a jade belt around the waist of an officer which can be found in the ancient days of China 玉带环抱, therefore Klang Valley is hugged and protected by the range of hills.

Furthermore, the plants on the hills are lush and flourishing. We call it 山灵人傑 or 人傑地靈, which means if the hills are fertile, the luck of the people around the hills will be excellent. Klang Valley manages to attract many outstanding men. This is the reason why Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia, not any other parts of Malaysia and also the reason why Klang Valley is the most outstanding business and commercial centre in Malaysia.

Currently, I m looking forward for my feng shui audit trip to Brunei from 22 July 11 to 25 July 11. I wish to study the feng shui of the Brunei Sultan's Palace to understand why is HIS MAJESTIC so rich and is presently the 2nd richest ruler in the world after the King of Thailand. Before I start to write this article, I would like to stress that nobody pays me for writing it. It is mainly for sharing purposes.

I have always written a lot about the excellent feng shui of e-Gate, Penang Island and you can read about it in my book http://www.penangfengshui.com/index.php?pages=book_enjoyyourlife_ebook page 59-63.

For those who are not familiar with Penang Island, e-Gate is a very popular spot in Penang Island. It is a meeting point for many of us because of its location. It is situated at the entrance of the island when you drive across the Penang Bridge to the island from the Peninsular Malaysia. You can read about the feng shui of e-Gate in my book mentioned.

Today, I would like to write about the surrounding of e-gate i.e. the Tesco Shopping Mall and the Bayswater Condominium.

The Bayswater Condominium is one of the properties which has appreciated almost 3x its selling price since it was launched. Do you know why?

Look at the shape of e-gate. What it looked like? ......It is in fact looked like the shape of the old type of money of China, gold ingot 元宝. Imaging that there is a gold ingot, 元宝 in front of your house, 不发也难呀! The money is awaiting for you if you are residing in the Bayswater Condominium.

You will find that Tesco Shopping Mall which is situated at the right hand side of the e-gate is a very popular shopping mall in Penang which really enjoys good business. Penangites that go there are for real shopping and not going there to see see look look only. Why?

I have mentioned many times about the 玉帶环抱 jade belt surrounding waist and how good is it if we are residing at the flow of traffic that forms the 'jade belt surrounding waist'. Please look at the Google Earth above that shows the location of Tesco, e-Gate and Bayswater Condominium. It has proven again that the power of feng shui that influence the good and bad of a place.

From what I observed from Barack Obama, I noticed that are a few good features through face reading that can be seen from the President of the United States of America, for example:-
1. His 'fang ling' i.e. the two lines beside his mouth are far away from his mouth and are very deep. People with this type of 'fang ling' are normally from high status group and they are very influential in society. Previously, I had commented that the ex-Malaysian Police Chief has a similar type of 'fang ling' too.
2. His voice is very strong and energetic too. It is good for a man to have this type of voice. A man should have a masculine voice and a lady should have a feminine voice. If it goes the other way round, then the luck of the person will be more challenging. For instance, the late singer, Anita Mui and the famous actress, Cecilia Cheung both have masculine voices!
3. His Qi is excellent. He looks extremely confident with wonderful Qi.

"Every 20 years, there will be a change of period (yun 运). From 1984 – 2003 is period 7 and the number star 7, 8 and 9 are good, especially the number 7. 2004 – 2023 is period 8 and the number star 8, 9 and 1 are good, especially the number 8. Later Heaven Bagua or ‘hou tian ba gua’ / ‘yuan dan pan’ 后天八卦 / 元旦盘 can tell us a lot of things. No matter how you add up the numbers on the chart, either vertically, horizontally or diagonally, the numbers will add up to a sum of 15. (please refer to Later Heaven Chart above) During period 7, i.e. from 1984 to 2003, the most powerful countries are at the west. The western world controlled the world. However, we are in period 8 now, hence the most influential part of the world is at the northeast of the earth which is Beijing, China. ",

The next one to come into power after the star number 8 will be the star no 9. If the star no 8 is the King now, the star no 9 is the Prince waiting for his throne. You will notice that star no 9 is at the South and I did mention many times during my feng shui seminars that with the completion of the Second Penang Bridge which will link the main land to the South of Penang Island, the South of Penang Island is the next up and coming area to be watched up. Also, you will notice that the country that has a lot of resources is the next very influential country and I think the most likely country is Australia as Australia is at the South of the world. Accordingly to I-Ching, Later Heaven Bagua, Australia is a country where we should put an eye on them because the country that has the most resources is the country that will control the world as the resources in this world is slowly depleting. I notice that a lot of my clients are migrating to Australia!

The houses in the Southbay Project are mainly facing either the North or the South. If your bazi require fire element, it will be marvelous if you choose to stay in a house facing the South (fire element) at the Southbay (fire element) at the South (fire element) of the Penang Island. It will be even better if you work in an electronic firm such as Intel, Dell, Motorola.......(fire element)

The Feng Shui of Bangkok, Thailand (Part 1)

Thanks to Edmund’s Family for inviting me to conduct a feng shui audit in Bangkok, Thailand. I really enjoyed my stay and the warm hospitality of them. But, I m sorry to say that I hate the hot climate of Bangkok.

The influences of Feng Shui can be seen where ever you go in Bangkok. You will find Ba Gua Mirrors of different shapes and sizes somewhere above the entrances.

You will find that that there are a lot of wire, electricity posts and overhead bridges surrounding the buildings and they will create awful impacts to the feng shui of Bangkok. Also, you will find that the houses like to close all the windows and switched on the air-conditioners instead. It is bad for the ventilation of air and will create bad qi to the feng shui of Bangkok.

You can see the influences of the Chinese Culture even in the Grand Palace whereby there are Chinese god statues at the entrance of the building in the Grand Palace. But, they can only be found outside the buidlings but not inside the buildings.

The Grand Palace Bangkok, Thailand served as the official residence of the Kings of Thailand from the 18th century onwards. Construction of the Palace began in 1782, during the reign of King Rama I, when he moved the capital across the river from Thonburi to Bangkok. The Palace has been constantly expanded and many additional structures were added over time. The present King of Thailand, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, however, resides at the Chitralada Palace. He moved there after the death of his older brother, King Rama VIII in the Grand Palace.

There are two things that you see most in Thailand i.e. the pictures of the King and the Buddhist temples.

Even though, I have been very busy recently as I have to do quite a lot of travels but my days became bright with lots of energy when I received the following postcard, email and sms.

By the way, if I do not answer to your email or sms quick enough recently, please forgive me as there are certain places where I have no access to the Internet nor telephone line. However, I promise you I shall try to get back to you once I find an access to the Internet or telephone line.

Now, I m looking forward for my feng shui audit trip to Bangkok 21/5/11 to 24/5/11 and if there is an opportunity, I shall share with you my Bangkok trip.

Let me share with you my recent happy events:-

First, I received a postcard from Auckland, New Zealand and it is from Michael Teoh, a global leader and ambassador http://www.prlog.org/10521522-winning-the-election-of-youths-michael-teoh-leads-malaysia-to-one-young-world.html. I knew Michael about 4 years ago when he came and consulted me and this is my article about him http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2008/05/i-am-overdelighted-today.html. I told him that I m very glad to know that he has done so well as what I predicted previously when he has yet to win the global competition in Liverpool which he beat 45000 candidates from 168 countries. He has been recognised as the global ambassador and he is currently travelling around the world to deliver his speech. He is now a great speaker. I m so proud of him and he is another example to show that young man as per the i-ching bagua gen gua is the one who control the world now. Keep it up, Michael and all the young men out there. (Even Lee Kuan Yew recognises this fact now)

Secondly, I received a wonderful email from Ms. Lee Cheng of Hong Kong and the content of the email (as above) is sufficient to make my days bright and full of energy. I have proven it once again that I will never wrong that the return that you get is always much better than anything if you provide your help sincerely without looking solely on the reward in term of money.

Thirdly, no doubt, when I received the above sms from Fei in Kuala Lumpur I was really over delighted. Hope that you can share the same belief like me i.e. do not ask how much can I get now if I contribute my time, knowledge and energy. Instead, believe that the return will come if you work sincerely. Of course, the return or the reward may not be in the form of lots of money but instead lots of happiness and people may remember you even though you are far apart from them and the love that we share can be across the ocean.

Why Perodua is doing better than Proton?

Do you notice that the automotive companies which are doing good are those companies' with logos of round or circular shape? Apart from that, those vehicle companies with a horse in their logos are also performing outstandingly.

Though, the recent press releases showed that those Japanese automotive companies such as Toyota and Nissan are not doing very good in this quarter due to the serious earthquake in Japan, but I believe it is just a temporary down turn and they should be able to turn around very effectively as the sales demand is high.

The design of the logos do help the companies as they are designed according to the shape of the wheel. The shape of the wheel is round and not square or triangle. Even though the logo of Honda looks square but if you observe it carefully, actually, the edges of the logo are rounded up.

In I-Ching, horse is considered as an animal which will always run about and the logos of the vehicle companies with a running horse is also considered as a good choice.

The below automotive companies are not doing very good and you should know why.

Also, as what I mentioned in my previous article that food and catering industry is the fire element industry and you can notice that the major color of the logos of those popular international fast food restaurants such as Mc Donald and KFC is red. Red is the color for fire element. However, I was told that Mc Donald has started to change the logo to black color and I want to see what will be the impact after they change it completely. However, the M character in the Mc Donald does help as it is like the shape of teeth and we use teeth to eat.

Sakae Sushi is doing good as the color in their logo is green and is the color for the plant element and we use plant to produce fire. It is definitely a GOOD CHOICE!

The flying star no 7 is the 破軍 (broken army) which means loss of wealth, possible arguments, medical compilations, war and potential robberies is at the central of the chart of the annual flying stars, hence it is a year full of political instability, viruses, diseases, terrorism and arguments.

The concern of the West on the revenge of the jihadist organization al-Qaeda is something that the World is watching. Lets pray that it will not happen.

在砂拉越州议会大选的前一天, 我与好友谈论我们的见法, 当时我告诉我的好友, 我预测国阵还是会清松地保着2/3议席, 而民联得少于20议席. 过后砂拉越政府将出现不安定的局势.

The day before the Sarawak State Assembly election, I talked with my friends and I told them that my prediction was that it would be still clear two-thirds majority for BN, and the Pakatan Rakyat will have less than 20 seats. After the election, there will be some internal conflict within the BN.
Shouldn't have written this article, because you will at this moment scolding me that I should have said it before the election. The message that I want to deliver here is that the “later heaven bagua” told us, it is now the age of the young people, not the old man's age. Have you not seen at this time the status of children at home is getting more important than the previous generation when your grandmother has ten or more children? If the young son in your family says go to KFC for dinner, the whole family must follow him, because it is time for small family, nor the age of Suharto or Deng Xiao Ping. This is because of the Gen kua. We are at period 8 and it is the Gen kua. Have you not seen at this point, the leaders in the world are getting younger? Otherwise, they must look young. I often say that if Japan wants to get out of the horrible situation, get a younger leader to become their Prime Minister. I have insisted my opinion even before it was hit by the worst earthquake or tsunami. I do not know whether the DAP in the Sarawak State Assembly election knew that. But it is certainly right strategy to have the young men to challenge the uncles who are basically more than 60!

Sorry for not be able to update my blog that often as before as I m getting busy to plan for my trips to Thailand, Brunei and KL for feng shui audits. But, I am glad that I still could found time to conduct a feng shui class whereby the students can even learn to predict the disasters in Southeast Asia in 2012.

Feng Shui for Restaurants

Recently, there are quite a lot of of opportunities for me to enjoy some excellent delicious food around Malaysia due to my work nature as I have to do quite a number of travels. Thus, I could not stopped myself from studying the feng shui of restaurants which enjoy superb business. Of course, the good part of it is I can enjoy good food but, the disadvantage is it has make me put on quite a fair bit of weight lately! Hehehe! Thanks to all my friends who bring me to enjoy the tasty food.

After studying the feng shui of the restaurants, I am convinced again that the theory of the 5 elements works for the food industry i.e. restaurant is fire element as we use fire to cook the food. I feel that it is of vital for those who are going into the food industry to read this article. Even though I have always published quite a number of articles about the feng shui of restaurants but I have to say it again. I found the common factors which contribute to the auspicious feng shui, despite some other factors. The key here is never use black color as the key/main color for the restaurant as black color is the color of water and water put out fire. Also, black which produce more yin energy. Please do not think that black color looks stylist, modern or romantic and you use it as the main color for your restaurant. I have seen a number of restaurants which used black color as its theme color and eventually have to end their business pretty soon.

Let me give you some examples:-

Restoran Kar Heong Chicken Rice SS 14 60, Jalan 14/2 Subang Jaya 47500, Petaling Jaya Selangor, Malaysia serves excellent chicken rice. The colors that they use most are the red color and green color. (Please refer to the pictures above.) Red is the color for the fire and green color is the color for the plant element. Plant produces fire because we use plant/wood to create fire. The uniform for the employees are all green in color. Also, those owners who are doing good in their restaurants business, their bazi should require fire element.

De Tai Tong Cafe (大东酒楼) 45, Lebuh Cintra, 10100 Penang, Malaysia is a popular dim sum restaurant in Penang. The name De Tai Tong Cafe (大东酒楼) which means the great Eastern actually emphasizes the East direction which is the direction of plant. Mr. BBQ Restaurant, 16-17 Jalan Maharajalela, 34000 Taiping, Perak, Malaysia serves marvellous bbq seafood and fish. Look at the signboard and the colors that they use. Also, it is better to use wooden tables than any other material tables if you are going to set up a restaurant.

As the matter of fact, I have actually applied the same theory when I did the feng shui audit for the Island Park Restaurant prior to their major renovation. The business has become good after that and was told by the owner that they have managed to sell the restaurant with good price.

Basic Feng Shui Class

A lot of people wrote to me and asked me when can I conduct a feng shui class for them and promised them that I will do it when I find time.

Here go the plan:-

1. Objective of the class: A lot of people have the same feeling like me that they are confused when they start to learn feng shui as there are many schools of thought. Different feng shui masters will tell them different version of theories. As a matter of fact, a lot of times I have to spend a lot of my time explaining to my clients why other feng shui masters told them differently. Hence, it is important we go back to basic and core of feng shui. We will not go wrong if we go back to the basic. It is similar to "If you do not understand a complicated mechanical engineering theory, then go back to the Newton Law which is the basic for the mechanical engineering." I will bring you to the right place to start by understanding the core of feng shui through the truth of I-Ching, Bagua, 5 elements, yin and yang, hardware and software of feng shui which are called the luan tou and the li qi. There will be more to be learned from me personally in the class than through my book if time allowed. I think this class is going to be a good start for those new feng shui learners and feng shui lovers. Also, you will learn from me how I have managed to predict the earthquakes in Japan and Chile, the crisis in the Middle East and etc.

West hits Libyan Gaddafi defenses, Who is next after Japan?

Western air strikes pounded Muammar Gaddafi's defenses and allied warplanes patrolled Libyan skies today http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20110320/wl_nm/us_libya, explained my earlier post last week whereby March 2011 is not a good month to the East and the Middle East as both the inauspicious stars (annual and monthly stars) are at the same place. This makes the things worse as the inauspicious energy is double at the regions. As what I said earlier when I predicted the crisis in Middle East, the annual and month flying star no 7, which is the ‘broken army’ star that causes instability, war, argument, terrorism as someone might come and take away things from certain place are all at the centre of the Earth. Let us pray that the damage is as least as possible. Even though I have managed to predict the massive earthquake in Japan but I did not feel happy instead I feel depressed about the pain of the Japanese friends who have to suffer because of the unwanted tragedy. Thus, I was really sad when an 'anonymous' criticised me in my blog not to use the misfortune of Japanese to promote myself. However, I have managed to overcome my such bad feeling quickly when I received lots of support in my blog and Facebook. The 5 factors according to importance are: 1st destiny, 2nd luck, 3rd feng shui, 4th good-will and 5th education. 4th Good-will, do good and perform good deeds to make your life better. In Buddhism, it is called cause and effect or 'karma', the preordained fate that is generated by a person's actions. Someone can also enhance their luck by having a strong willingness to help others. Your luck will become better eventually when one performs more charity. In short, we have to do something good and say something nice everyday.

OK, now let me share with you how I managed to predict the massive earthquake in Japan. If you refer to my book that I mentioned above on page 150, the worst annual flying star 5 yellow is at the East and Japan is the country at the most East of the world if you refer to the map of the world. On top of that, if you check the monthly flying star, you will notice there is also flying star 5 yellow there at the East. Both the worst stars (annual and monthly stars) are at the East on March, thus, there is basically hopeless for Japan. On top of that, the tsunami has occurred at the North East of Japan because both the annual and monthly flying stars 1 which is water are at the North East therefore there is heavy water there at the North East.

Apart from that, the month and year pillar are all 辛卯 Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch. There is too much gold at Heavenly Stem chopping the plant at Earthly Branch. 辛 is yin gold and 卯 is yin plant.

As the matter of fact, I was hoping that the Japanese Government could read my blog dated 27 Jan 2011 http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2011/02/japan-will-get-more-serious-earthquake.html and believed me so that they could carried out necessary precaution measures to minimise the impact of the earthquake but later realized that it is impossible for me to do so as the power of the 5 yellow is so strong that we could not do anything to stop it. Furthermore, I could not tell where is the direction of earthquake and tsunami exactly. Hence, I have to put more effort to learn more about the knowledge of feng shui which is the ancient treasure from our ancestors.

The recent Earthquake at the New Zealand

Even though I have managed to predict the political instability in Middle East on 21 Dec 2010 http://penangfengshui.blogspot.com/2010/12/my-prediction-for-2011-year-of-rabbit.html but I did not realize that the impact is that serious. However, I did warn that do not be too optimistic about the economy of the world due to the bad situation in Japan and the "three killings" at the West which create economy instability in the United States and Europe, despite all the articles that I read about the predictions of other feng shui masters suggested that the economy for this year is excellent. Now, with the impact of the situation in the Middle East, the price of the petroleum has risen and it has effected the economy of the world. All the poor people like me will feel the impact very soon.

Now, I have noticed the impact of flying star no 2 which is 2 black, the second worst star after the worst star no 5 showed its power. The star 2 black is in the South this year which is the location for the New Zealand and look at the earthquake in New Zealand! But, we have yet to feel the impact of the worst no 5 yet. Thus, I predict that there will be a more serious earthquake in Japan. Please do all necessary precaution measures, Japan!

As for Feng Shui master Lee Cheng Hoe, he said that the Year of Rabbit would be full of romances or “tao hua yun” (luck with the opposite sex).

“It might be a good year for those who are looking for partners or to settle down but for those who are already married, beware of any temptation. There are three other animals in the Chinese zodiac that symbolise romance. They are the rooster, horse and rat, ” he said.

He added that many people have the wrong concept that if it is considered a good year generally, then it is the right time to be married.

RED and purple undergarments are popular among Penangites this Chinese New Year.

Many Chinese believe it is good luck to wear red and purple during Chinese New Year.

Roadside trader Anny Lim, 50, said she had seen more demand for the coloured under-garments that she imported from Thailand .

“I have brought in 100 sets three times and sales have been very good.

“People also like purple thanks to a beve-rage television commercial promoting purple as the extreme red,” she quipped.

People are also buying red bras with a tube design that covers their cleavage but is still visible when wearing a low-cut blouse.

At Sunshine Square in Bayan Baru, lingerie department buyer Tan Siew Tuan, 36, said red undergarments with lace and gold em-broidery are hot items.

“People believe wearing red undergarments at the stroke of midnight to usher the Chinese New Year, coupled with red pyjamas, will bring them good luck and prosperity,” she said.

Even the men are snapping up red underwear for the New Year.

Sunshine’s business processing depart- ment head Nicholas Ong said people wear the colour because they believe it is good feng shui.

Sales executive Lim Hui Zhen, 42, said she would always buy red underwear to bring ‘ong’ (prosperity in Hokkien).

However, feng shui master Lee Cheng Hoe said he did not think wearing red is lucky in terms of feng shui.

“It is just a belief among the Chinese. We tend to confuse belief with custom and religion,” he said.

The East region is the worst area in 2011 after 4/2/11 12.33pm 立春“Li Choon” date as this is the place for the 5 yellow 五黃and grand duke 太岁 coincidentally; hence I predict that there will be disasters and diseases in Japan as Japan is located at the East of the World. On top of that, the economy of Japan is going to see negative impact.
Please place a fortune water 安忍水 which have old coins and water in it at the East of your house. This is because the grand duke 太岁 for this year is the rabbit and rabbit is an animal of plant element. We cannot harm the grand duke 太岁with a metal element as a metal axe could chop down a tree (plant element). Thus, we use metal (old coins) to reduce the energy of the 5 yellow 五黃 which is earth element. Subsequently, we use the water to grow the plant as the grand duke 太岁. You have to do it for your house if your main door is located at the East or your bedroom is at the East of the house.
